HUTLEY is an artist project created by producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist, Harris Owens. The Nashville based producer uses HUTLEY to showcase and release his electronic/indie-pop productions. Soft synths, electronic drums, and big vocal spaces present an emotional sound that is often described as nostalgic and/or hopeful. 

In regard to his production style, Owens typically surrounds organic elements/performances with heavy electronic processing, which results in a very defined and consistent sound. He often invites other songwriters, artists, and producers to feature on HUTLEY releases, holding a high value to collaboration. Some of his more notable features include Marie Lang, Isaiah Conner, and Michael McQuaid.
